Anet A8 Rumba Upgrade: Problem with Sensorless Homeing
July 06, 2018 04:49PM
Hello people,
I bought a Rumba board for my Anet A8. All Axes and the Extruder have the TMC2130 controller chip.
So, I want to use the sensorless homeing feature of this chip. So I activated it in the Marlin configuration.
I also needed to connect the PINs of the TMC2130 controllers to the board via jumper cables.
So I found some people who already did this: [www.3d-diy.de] & [www.3d-druck-community.de] (both are in german)
So every controller is connected to SPI (ISP1) (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Aus3D/RUMBA-Plus/master/Images/pinOut.png) (share the same SPI execpt Chip Select)
The Chip Select are on the following PINs:
30/PC7 => X_AXES_CS,
31/PC6 => Y_AXES_CS,
14/PJ1 => Z_AXES_CS,
15/PJ0 => E0_CS

But there is a problem I recorded in a video: [www.youtube.com]
When I try to auto-home the machine, it moves a bit down and makes this weired sounds. Probably I configured something wrong, but I cannot find it.
I also upload my configuration files, so maybe someone can tell me what I did wrong or can give me a hint.
