At what point does a firmware go from mainstream to experimental? This distinction seems grey to me and it's hard for people to decide where they should post. Although most messages about the Five-D firmware are posted here in the Mainstream forum, messages about the others like Teacup show up in both. In terms of status, firmware like Sprinter, Marlin and Teacup seem more mainstream nowadays than the Five-D firmware. Perhaps we should consider renaming these forums or combining them into one? There seems to be 3 major branches: Original Five-D, Tonokip and derivatives (includes Sprinter and Marlin), and Teacup. Perhaps those 3 can have their own forum and then another one for all the others.
