Hi all,

Iam farly new to the community, its a steep learning curve. But here it go's, here is my qeustion.
I'm bussy with scaling up mij printer area, does any one know if ineed to Make Changes
To the Firmware ( current marlin) or has it something to do with the slicer
Settings. Can't quit figer it out if i need to make changes to the configuration.h

The firmware might have some limitations to the maximum travel distance, that you should change. Marlin does for instance, look for X_MAX_LENGTH and the likes in your configuration.h

The slicer software can usually ignore the maximum dimensions afaik. Skeinforge does, no idea for Slic3r.

The host control software might need to know about the max build dimensions too. What are you running, repetier, pronterface ?

Most of my technical comments should be correct, but is THIS one ?
Anyway, as a rule of thumb, always double check what people write.
