Strange Homing issue

Ive posted this in the general section so disregard this post..

Not sure if this is in the right area but here goes.
Ive built a Wilson I3 variant, running Marlin V1 firmware
Ive developed a strange issue when homing.
Sending a G28 sends the bed to the X end stop then the Y end stop then the bed moves out to X61.00, Y78.00 and then Z homes.
Heres a link to my Configuration.h http://pastebin.com/y4yraUsZ

Ive just installed and configured auto levelling however this appeared prior to this.
The only other thing I can think of that I have changed is I added a part cooling fan??
Not sure how this could affect it though, as I havent changed any firmware settings at all?

The printer had been homing and printing fine before this.
It still prints OK its just that it now starts from x61, Y78??

Got me baffled

If you're using Repetier then check the park position in printer settings. Fixing those numbers solved the issue for me.
