The attached Configuration.h with miner changes works with mks base V1.3 board but unipanel continuously buzz after updating the firmware i cant able to find the reason. any one else have same problem.

Instead of "ultipanel" try to use
#define REPRAP_DISCOUNT_SMART_CONTROLLER
