Repetier can I deliberately ignore current z end stop value?

Changed mount for my probe, and would like to lower the Z axis lower than the current home, so I can move the hotend to the right level (will be -2/3mm from what currently set as the offset for the probe).

You should just need to change Z_PROBE_HEIGHT value in the eeprom
