Marlin, setup only one z stepper? (I want two E steppers)

Hello
I have a MKS Gen-2Z V1.1 board
and I have the newest version of Marlin (1.1.x)

1)
when I move the Z-axis both stepper motors turn, but I only want to use one of them for Z and the other for E1
no matter what've tried to change in the MARLIN.INO both motors acts as Z steppers, I have no clue what to try now??

2)
in the LCD (reprap discount smart controller) menu shows three extruders (E(0), E1 and E2) even tho I have specified number of extruders = 2?

in LCD menu->move axis when i select E0 it rotates, when I select E1 again E0 rotates, when I select E2 nothing rotates (why is it even there?)

- can you please help me?? (I'm not very familiar with programming - kind of a noob in this Area)
