SKR v1.4 turbo 2209 uart issue with dual z on one driver stalling motors

my z motors are plugged on the z ports ( in parallel driven by a single 2209 ) I have no issue if I set the steps/mm at 700 for z but then its not moving the distance it should. when I put the correct steps/min which is 2544 the motors stall ( they will move if I move .01 or 1mm but stall if I move 10mm. any idea how to solve the issue ?

Reduce the configured maximum Z acceleration and Z speed.

to what speed ?
this is my current setting
DEFAULT_MAX_ACCELERATION { 3000, 3000, 100, 10000 }
