odd x/y flip?

this is a little weird, could it be caused by an dodgy/noisy endstop? since it's only ever happened on the first layer, I'm thinking maybe not...
still seems a little weird for an endstop to cause this. otherwise I'm thinking something with the firmware.

Turn the endstops off in the firmware - you should be able to zero manuall (try the G92 command).
If you still get the same problem, you know it's not endstops!

BTW: it may be easier to help you diagnose, if we knew, what it is supposed to look like! For all I know this is perfectly OK...
