Does anyone know how to add a ATC Semitec 104GT-2 thermistor table to Teacup?
The thermistor came with a E3D v6 hot end and I'd hate to swap it out. My print
host is reporting back higher then actual hot end temperatures. I'm guessing this
because I really don't have a way to measure the temperature except with the host.
When printing PLA at 195 degrees, I'm getting a lot of jams.
I took apart the hot end 3 times to fix jams that were in the nozzle itself. I ran
a 0.4mm drill bit through the tip. I tried changing out drivers and using different
brands of filament. Only when I increase the temperature to 220 deg that I'm able to print problem free.
That can't be right because 220 is getting into ABS temperature territory.
Attached is the information from the ATC web site, the current Teacup thermistor table
and below that is a table from Marlin for the 104GT-2 if It helps.
There is a configtool.py program that comes with Teacup that allows for the
addition of a thermistor, These data fields need some #'s entered. I see
these are similiar to the numbers on Semitec data sheet. Except the Vadc is adc on the data sheet.
Is it safe to plug in those numbers?
