Hi guys
I need to make a silicon model of baby stomach(it's a training model for pediatric surgery) , How can i make it hollow since it is a complex shape not an easy one.
I made a hollow tube before but the shape is very complex to be a hollow.
i made it by making 2 part mold by 3D printer then printing the inner tube then cast silicone on it.

... you can use Meshmixer to generate a hollow object - there you can define the "wall thickness" for any complex part and then simply click on "Edit->Hollow":

... print the outer shell and the inner core with thin spikes to maintain the distances and pour the silicone into the gap.

Design the parts like puzzles to separate them ... and/or the inner core from soluble material ...
