Hello Guys!

I dont knows whats happend with my prusa!
I print this piece:

Its perfect! All smooth round

But now the piece came with corners:

I check belts, bed, change pololu, speed, and not resolved!
Im using pronterface and Slic3r do generet Gcode, bouths printing same!
I verifiy the Firmware too, all correct!

I will change the board tomorrow, but i think this is not the problem!

Maybe the problem is step motor?

Thanks
fks

Looks like a belt problem to me. I would estimate spacing of your ripples 5mm ...

It looks like it pauses between line segments and leaves excess plastic at the joins . Have you changed anything to do with the USB comms speed or anything that would slow down the host?

Well you did change one thing: the filament.

Whether it's the pigment or just that it's a different batch and has a slightly different chemical composition, different colors will print differently, so you have to calibrate for each color you want to print with. The green will probably require some changes to skeinforge dimension and maybe temperature too.

Also you didn't mention measuring the filament. Any time you change the filament you've got to remeasure the filament diameter.

Hello!

I change for d orange filament again!
Same problem!
The measuring of orange and green filament is around 2,8mm

Is the lubrication on the smooth rods sufficient or have you developed some dry sections? Are your pullies worn? I'm curious what it could be...

Did you regenerate the gcode since the first print, or are you using the identical generated file as before?

Hello!

I try with new Board all with new components, change the motors, change the PC, change filament, change power supply, and no solution!

I verifiy the BAUD, all the same!
Last try is change the USB/TTL Converter!

I change the USB/TTL Converter!
Problem Stays

Your perimeter is printing too fast and the firmware is slowing the print down at the facets of the object to stay within the acceleration parameters.

If you are using sprinter/teacup keep the perimeter under 25mm/s, and if you are using marlin the XY jerk value just needs to be raised (or print slower)

switch from sprinter to marlin. its interrupt driven steps and lookahead planning make curves much smoother.
