I have got plastic parts for LM8UU. Unfortunately all tutorials and examples show it with plastic bushing.
Some tutorials also suggest to use or not use print bottom/top plate.

Try to make prusa iteration 2 but i didnt find any manual which shows how to attache bottom plate with LM8UU.
Is it better to use glue or bolt or how do you solve it?

I just bolt the top plate to the LM8UU holders, then bolt the heated bed to that. If the plate doesn't clear the end threaded rods when you slide it to each end you will need to move the y smooth rods to the top of the threaded rods rather than the bottom as you have it.
