Hole elongation on z-axis

Hi All,

need some help here. I have been trying to print this [www.thingiverse.com] but I keep getting deformation in the hole on the z/y axis. but the hole of the same size laying flat on the bed is perfect. Any help here would really appreciated this is the fifth time I have printed this thing changing print speeds to no avail. Also not printing thin wall properly...

It looks like there are multiple problems with the print, probably related to temperature and under or over extrusion. It may even be that e-steps per mm is off. Have you calibrated the printer yet? [reprap.org]

Yep

Over extruding a lot.
Retraction not enough.
and certainly too hot.
