Trying to build my prusa mendel iteration 2, need some help

Hi.
As stated, I'm trying to build my prusa, but I've run into some problems, or something I don't understand, with the Y-axis. In the guide

the bushings, used to fasten the lower bed onto the smooth rods, looks in a certain way, and there are four of them. I have in my kit, however, the three y-bushings listed here:

and ten or so printed LM8UU bushings (looks like 15mm long pipes)

I have two questions about how this is supposed to be assembled. Firstly, am I correct that the lower bed is supposed to be fastened to the three y-bushings, which are in turn supposed to rest upon the LM8UU bushings, that are fastened around the smooth rods? Follow up: should these be glued together or anything?

Secondly, why are there only three y-bushings? Shouldn't there be four? What am I missing here?

Ataching the heat bed is a little unclear.
Use clips but how many?
This is shown with 3 - 1" binder clips.

Thanks for the help QSilver. Two quick questions though. On the second picture you attached, to your first post, there are three "linear bearing mount". Are these the mounts that attach the bed to the smooth rods? And also, do you know how to fasten these mounts onto the LM8UU bushings? Am I supposed to glue them?

Yes these are the 3 carriers with ears for the bearings.

As for mounting, they are designed with a hole for a small zip tie to go around.
I have not bulit mine yet, so I am not 100% certian how I will attach.
I am using LM8UU ball bearings on harden 8mm ground rod.

I am not allowed to play with mine till X-mass..

Aha, that I would never have guessed. Such a simple, easy solution with zip ties. Thanks again for your help. Now I can finally continue
