Printing from SD Card

I have a Prusa i3 6" from Makerfarm, can anyone explain to me how to print from the SD card so I don't have to leave my laptop hooked up? My thought was I just drop the gcode file into the SD card (connected to my laptop with a sd reader) and then put the card back into the LCD/scan drive. But once I do that, I'm not sure where to go. The LCD screen isn't very obvious to me (I'm soooo new to this). Currently, I'm running everything from my MacBook.

Thanks!!!

On my first menu there is an option "Print from SD." I am using Marlin.

Thanks! I got it all working yesterday. Noticed an incredibly faster heating up for the bed and extruder compared with when I was running everything from my laptop.

I don't think there's a difference in the way those temperatures are regulated by the firmware when running from a host computer or from LCD.
