Calibration Help Prusa i3

HI All.
So I have just finished my I3 build and no i am up the electronics.
I have edited the merlin FW to specify the Ramps 1.4 as my board and to specify the HotEnd thermistor...
I have tested in Pronterface I can connect to the printer. I can move in all axis X, Y and Z. Forward and Back no problems.

My question is All my Max/Min values are off on all axis. meaning the X-axis would be in the middle and i cant move it and farther because it has recognised that as a MIN. This is happening on all axis.

Is there a methodical approach that i can follow to calibrate all axis. My end stops of homing are left on X and REAR on Y, but I am not sure if I need to specify end stops in Marlin or not.
I have been looking for a document on calibration but I have yet to find one.

Any-help will be greatly appreciated.

If you disable "min software endstops" you will be able to move your axis below what marlin is recognising as '0'.

when you press the home for each axis it should move toward your end stop switch.

Have to changed the other settings to match your setup?
Line 322 and 324 set the width and depth of the print area and line 400 sets the steps per mm for each axis.
This calculator will help get the right values for your setup.

Are you homing on min or max? check your config files.

Sounds like you have the axis movements inverted
