Using polymorph as repstrat-mendel could be usefull.. all you need to do is
1) make some mould for example from modelling clay or something
2) mold your essential mendel-parts. 60 C is not too hot.. just boil some water
3) print the parts with ABS or something
I have an impression that using repstrapper, you would end up getting a lot of material you cannot use on the actual mendel. After making the finished parts, you can re-use the polymorph.
