Weird behaviour from repetier/slic3r - not printing correct shape?

Hi guys

I've just made a pretty basic model in sketchup to make some camera mount brackets for a project I'm doing and something weird is happening between repetier/slic3r that I haven't seen before.

The model loads fine into repetier and this is how it looks (4 of them together):

Then after slicing looks like this. Note that the model shape is correct still, but the skirt it prints around the 4 of them is cutting through the models!

Then when it starts to print it is basically printing 2/3ds of the models. Ie the model has three straight pieces at a different angle to each other, but the print only has two pieces at different angles and misses the third piece/angle!

Don't seem to have any errors with the model that I can find so I'm confused. What have I done wrong guys?
Never seen this happen before.

Thanks!!
