Problem witch P3Steel and its Z axis

Hi guys,
this is my first post and my official entrance to this community, so hello everyone smiling smiley .
I've been building a P3Steel these last days with different instructions. Because the shop where I bought the printer, they sent me a crappy instructions.
So, finally I've build it! But I've got problem with the Z Axis and maybe someone can help me.

I've been calibrating the printer with Pronterface software.
As you can see on the video:
[youtu.be].

If I move just 1 mm it's fine, the problems start when I'm trying to move 10 or 100 mm, the Z axis gets stuck.
As you can see at the end of the video, pressing the end stop, the Z axis down gently until it stops.
Why it gets stuck? Maybe a Voltage problem, speed? HOw can I fix them?

Thank you people.

reduce the max Z-speed to 2 or 3 in marlin, that should solve it.
