Hello, I have a problem with my Prusa i3. After connecting the power suply, immediately on display shows Error - MINITEMP.

I changed Hotient and Heatbed thermistor, checked wiring and everything seems to be ok. Do you have any idea what is going on?

I wonder why at my display either Hotient temperature, or heatbed temperature is 0 degrees.

I would be grateful if you could help me.

This is normally an open circuit on the hotend thermistor.

Pull the hot end thermistor plug off of the board and read it Resistance from the plug threw the wires threw the thermistor, its should be around 100K at 25C

It could also be that you have plugged the thermistor into the wrong place

It could also be that the firmware is set to the incorrect motherboard type or set to thermocouple vs thermistors
