Started having problems after installing Marlin on my i3 Prusa. I can directly send Z to a distance, but it doesn't respond to a G28 command. I am in the process of setting up auto bed leveling, so have changed some settings but none that should affect this. Another issue that I have is that the nozzle thinks that the bed is rectangular (landscape as looking at the front) resulting in the nozzle going too far to the left. Can't figure which setting(s) needs to be adjusted.
