Bed Auto Leveling is correct, but Z axis not moving when printing

Hi.. Topic says all.. I have problem with this feature, I made my own solution (with MK8 extruder) with servo and micro switch. After couple of firmware editing and tuning I have auto bed leveling. Before printing I go to home point (G28), then G29 for auto level, then G28 X0 Y0 (If I don't do this, all objects are printed with offset). Print starts, but Z motors only move when changing layer The bed is not right leveled. I'm using Marlin 1.0.2. Please, do you have any suggestions? I spent two days with it without success

I believe the G28 after G29 clears the probe calibration.

Try doing:

G28
G29
G0 X0 Y0 F1800 (F=whatever feedrate you want, /60 to get mm/s)
