Maybe a new 3d printer design?

So I was thinking of those infinite z 3d printers and I thought maybe i could make one of those on wheels, except its not angled like the CR-30 or the RepRap Wheelios

I made a quick design in Tinkercad

That would be more like an infinite X or Y axis. It might actually work if the floor it was rolling/printing on was perfectly flat. Are you planning to print with cake frosting or cement? Plastics often require a heated bed. That could be a problem.

Keep trying!

I'm planning to cover the floor that I am printing on with some blue tape. Maybe that would work for PLA?

You could probably make this work albeit with some serious challenges or compromises.
PLA or PVB I suggest, the latter warps even less than PLA if thats a concern.

But there is one drawback sticking with a standard cartesian system actually in comparison to the majority of infinite z printers with an angles printing plane: Your object can never be larger than your print bed (or your floor).

I mean, there are people 3D printing with aerial drones so... I am pretty sure this can be made working.
