I am trying to create some prototypes using laser sintering. The parts will be similar, but no two will be the same. I don't know how service companies do their costing.
Can anyone suggest ways in which the cost can be reduced? I don't know if classic cost engineering methods apply here. Would making more in one shot help? Design considerations? I imagine it is mainly a matter of material volume, but are there any other ways to reduce the cost?
