Skeinforge and new Repraphost

Skeinforge and new Repraphost July 01, 2010 09:49AM |
Today the new Repraphost is comming out.... with headed bed ans so on...
But since the new Version Skeinforge can not make the G-Code for it....
only errors...
i wrote to Adrian.... the answer was "Skeinforge not use the Reprap standard M-Codes"....
Game over ?

Erfahrungen kann man leider schlecht weiter geben, die muss man selber machen.

... both toolchains are open-source, so it's "only a matter of time" until someone will fix this
Or hack a basic-script converter between the 'M-code-branches' ...

Ît isn´t only the M-Codes... there some other things that makes Errors... i delete all the "wrong" M-Codes in G-Code... but some Errors stay.

anyway.... skeinforge and the new Host did not work together. And Adrian say ist not his mistake, its Skeinforge... use the wrong code.

... for issues with skeinforge you have to ping Enrique - it's in his interest too to nail down such faults

?? he cant fix the error with the Comp since 6 versions.... i will noch stress his "sleep". ><
