Generating dual head G-code issue with M104

I have this in my start.gcode file.

M104 S175 T1(Set extruder target temp PVA support)
M104 S215 T0(Set extruder target temp)

After I generate the g-code using Skeinforge 50 I get this:

M104 S215 T0(Set extruder target temp)

Why is Skeinforge removing my second temp????? I have looked at everything and have no idea why this is hapening.

Check your alterations plugin to see if you have "remove redundant code" checked. This will cause this to happen. See here.
