Where do I set the temperature for the hot end and for the build platform in Skeinforge?

From what I can see I only find two places where there are temperature settings. The first in under chamber. I can set the bed temperature there but I don't have a heat controlled chamber so I am not sure if this is the right place.

The second is under temperature. Is this where I set the temperature for the hot end?

Yes it's into Temperature plugin. I deactivate it and set temperatures with start.gcode, Marlin :

M104 S200
M190 S55
M109 S200

and end.gcode :

M104 S0
M140 S0
