Differencies in GCode generated using python and pypy

Hello,
Has anyone seen this anomaly ?
First file is generated using python2.7 and second output is generated using PyPy.
Same settings is used.

What's this ? Rounding ? Double Precission ?
Why G2 is G3 and so on.
