Fill issue with near walls

I know I have seen this elsewhere, but for the life of me I can not find it.
Essentially I have 2 issues 1) with thin walls and 2) with tfairly thin walls
1) on .5 mm calibration cube I get double walls
2) on fairly thin 1mm? walls such as the X bar spacer I get walls with no fill. (here exaggerated, but you get the idea)
Any and ALL help is greatly appreciated.
