2mm thick object is only being given the outer wall and no fill? (SOLVED)

Hello All

I am using Skeinforge to slice an object with 2mm thick sections, but is is only giving it walls... no infill??

Anyone have any ideas?

I have solved the problem.

I had my Extra Shells set to 2 on the FILL tab.

Setting them to 0 gives me infill. Setting it to 1 still does just the outline.

I got here by calculating the thickness of the various lines as calculated by Skeinforge and saw it was deciding it could not fit the extra shells so was doing nothing.

My layer width is 0.35
Perimeter width over layer thickness ratio is 1.8

So the perimeter gives me (1.8 * 0.35)* 2 = 1.26mm

Extra shells would be calculated (I assume) at the same thickness of the perimeter so that would be 1.26mm as well for 1 extra shell. Totalling that gives me a thickness of 2.52 > 2mm so nothing is done.

Setting extra shells to 0 sorted the problem
