How can I physically connect my Extruder Controller v2.2 to PC? I saw casainho's configuration but I don't understand what is the green electronic card that of that picture :

You mean this picture?
That green electronic board is just a USB<->serial TTL (AVROpendous old board). The Python scripts done by Sam Wong communicates by serial with the extruder board.
