have bought a makerbot kit and have asembled all the bits. trying to load the software onto the arduino duemilanove and every time I try I get...............

foiled at the first hurdle! a mate has suggested that I am using an arduino thats too new. using version 0018. please help. Im reasonably competent at electronics but not so hot on code.
