Arduino and Pronterface control issue (RAMP, MendelMax)

I was using Pronterface successfully on my computer, then decided to learn how to use Arduino to learn how to control individual step motors and temperatures. After successfully interfacing with Arduino, I went back to Pronterface and it could no longer connect to the printer.

Any ideas for why this might be? Is there some configuration I need to run before switching back to Pronterface.

... it seems, you have reprogrammed the Arduino with another firmware or different setting for baud-rate and/or pin-mapping.

Try to install the original firmware and settings ...
