I was trying to communicate with my 3D Printer through USB Serial communication. I have a ANET A8 with Marlin 1.1.7 firmware. I was able to successfully establish a communication with the printer and it's responding well to my GCode commands. But the response I get from the printer is a bit wierd. I have seen from forums that it gives an 'Ok' as response. But all I get is b's' for all kinds of GCode commands. Even if I send M114 to get the printer co-ordinates I get back b's' as a response. How do I solve this.
