Help needed Please please please

Hi guys,
please could some one help me i've just build my first reprap prusa mendel and im using sanguinololu electronics.
ive uploaded the firm ware (sprinter) and prontoface software and it all seems to be working,
BUT when my steppers are told to move they just make a high pitched sound and dont move at all
this goes for all of them

any help or ideas on whats going on and how i could solve this problem would be great many thank

... it seems your steprate is way to high - reduce it until the motors will run ...
