Sanuinololu pins question

Sanguinololu 1.3a
Pins in question are the three 12v pairs between the motor connectors.
First, I'm only measuring ~2.5v at all three of these... all other powered pins measure correctly. Any idea how / why these are so low?
Second, what the heck are these pins #'s (for assingment in Marlin)?
I would like to use them for fans / LED's if possible...
The schematic shows them as "JP6, JP4, JP2"... if I'm reading it right. But I can't figure out what their "D" #'s would be.

Thanks in advance.

Looking at the schematic, and thinking... are these merely "always on"... not controllable via software?

They are just connected to 12V so you should see 12V on them all the time assuming you have a 12V PSU connected.

Thanks nophead...
That's what I had ~sorta~ concluded.

No way to control them via an M42 code?

Still can't figure out why they are only showing ~2.5v, when all other 12v are right on... must continue to investigate.

No but there are spare pins that you can control on the I/O header.
