How m i supposed to blink a LED on my sanguinololu ??. I tried burning a simple Blink LED programm bt nt working..Donno if i m missing smthng. Pls help

I checked with evreything. Selected the proper board that is Sanguino Atmega644p, the correct COM PORT and the program uploads fine ( aftr pressing the RESET on sanguinololu for some time ). Still the LED does not blink 
Quite disappointing. I tried with all the pins available i.e 5, 36,37,38,39,40.
Any solution to this ??
