need help with solder tip

hi everyone, just became a member here a few minutes ago, been lurking here for quite a while before that though. so i reeeeeeally need some help right now:

i almost got my purse i3 finished, and trying to finish my atx at the same time when my solder tip finally gave up...
my tip is one with a phono jack plug in for *easy tip replacement* i can't find where to buy this tip anywhere, (been looking in radioshack overtime i go, eBay, etc.)
does anyone know how i can replace the tip on this?
