PCB Manufacturing Choices

I'm interested in buying an Ultimaker RAMPS v1.3 PCB. I have been unable to contact the UltiMaker team to see if they are currently selling these boards because their store is still in construction. My other option is to find a manufacture to make it. BatchPCB is going to run me $63.40 for a single board or I can go with CustomPCB and pay $86 to get 4 boards (since I only need one, I'm going to have to sell the rest off). So should I pay more and maybe regain my losses (and let some people get great deals on these boards) or pay a lot for a single board?

I think the Portland Robotics club is still doing that deal where you get included in a large combo order. Don't expect to get them in a rush, but they can be very cheap that way.
