i am looking for some chips to read RTD's with, but i am not sure what model numbers to look for, any help would be good.

The thermistor#RTD page [reprap.org]
has a link to a schematic for an RTD.

May I ask why you want to use an RTD, when most people seem to be using thermistors to measure RepRap temperatures?
