i have a 6 wires stepper motor with wire colors red, red, orange, yellow, black and grey.
1. how to identify the wires? how to know which are the common?
2. after knowing that , what is the sequence of pulses to rotate the motor CW and CCW?
and the motor is 68 ohm 32v.

Use a multimeter to measure the resistance between wires.

If it is the same kind of unipolar/bipolar stepper we use for repraps, you should find 2 groups of 3 wires that are connected, in each group the 2 wires exhibiting the higher resistance are the coil ends and the other one is the common.

Sorry I'm not knowing enough to answer your question 2.

Most of my technical comments should be correct, but is THIS one ?
Anyway, as a rule of thumb, always double check what people write.

The sequence of pulses is: pulse, pulse, pulse! One after the other. spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

No one drives the steppers themselves you use a stepper controller like the Pololu A4988 Stepper Motor Driver Carrier and they only have two inputs STEP and DIR. DIR is either high or low which determines CW/CCW and then one pulse per step on the STEP line.

Oh. To get full tourque you'd need some 60 volts here, not exactly the league RepRap electronics are playing.

The Toshiba TB6560 data sheet shows what currents go through the motor coils.
