Recently I bought a second hand stepper on the internet, it has 8 wires, no product info plate or so, I found that the winding resistance is 2ohm. I conected it straight to OMRON ZEN controller outputs and wrote a short programme just for fun and it was runing well.
Namely, I am trying to learn more about steppers. Which components ( controllers, programming boards, cables.......) I need to make this stepper usefull? I'd like to make a symple stepper + controller system where I can practice programming.
