I have a Variable Reluctance (VR) stepper motor and it is 3-Phase Star configuration. The maximum current consumption is around 3A, but normally around 0.3A. I am trying to source stepper motor drives for this. I would like to get a drive that could do that without the need of using IC to design only if it is possible. I would appreciate if someone could help or suggest a drive for me. I checked a number of companys that sell drives all are for hybrid steppers.
