... the motor connected with two wires looks like a simple DC, that commonly are used as 'servo' for moving the printhead with the optical stripe as position sensor.
The motor wit 4 wires looks like a stepper, I think, this was used for driving the paper-feeder - but this cheap can-types have mostly only 48 steps per rev and only usable with a big reducing gear ...
