Motor Friction torque
July 29, 2013 06:02PM
Hello
i demand a total amount of friction torque.
(Tf=To+Tb+Tj, To=friction torque of bracing shaft, Tb=friction torque of free shaft, Tj=friction torque of motor shaft, according to the ball screw catalogue)
i have found a formula for Tj, which is:
Tj=µ*M*g*P/(2pi) [P=pitch(m)]

Now, i have two question:
First, I want to know what are common magnitudes of friction torque for Tb and To? (Tj=0.04)
Second, how could i notice the pitch value of ball screws?

Thank you ♥
