Hi family , i want buy a stepper motor Nema 17 17HS4401

The current per phase is 1.7A i want know if i can run it with DRV8825 driver with any problem or burn the driver?

A general rule about steppers is: run them at ~80% of their rated amperage. In your case it is 1.36A. The DRV8825 will have no problems with it. Cooling the drivers with a fan is mandatory.

An other 2 question , if the DRV8825 is in power and the motor is connected with it and its not running ,So the driver will be heated or no ?? because the motor is not running, The fan must be turned on even though the motor is off or no ?

Once you have homed the printer, the enable signal of the driver will be on and the driver will get hot. Some firmware have options for switching off the stepper after a few seconds of idle time or at least reduce current to the motor.
But it is still a good idea to cool the controller, since there are other components getting hot too ( 5V regulator, CPU )

DRV8825 skips steps at low speeds. There's a fix for it, but maybe it would be better to use a different driver chip.
