I am opening up my CNC shop tentative march or April of this year. (depending on building construction speed) I have a CNC plasma table and can fabricate parts in steel, stainless, and aluminum with a resolution of .0006" inch. I can can cut up to 1/2 inch thick from the center and 5/8 inch starting from the edge of the material.
I can cut up to 150 inches per minute, depending on the thickness of the material.
My table size is 24x48 inches. I am located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Looking at fabrication costs of $50US per half hour with your cut ready .dxf file. Drafting and cad work Extra.
