I have a 24x48 inch CNC plasma table. Can cut up to 1/2 inch thick with the Hypertherm powermax45 torch. Accuracy around .03 inch.

File requirements .dxf file with all shape nodes joined. Example a polyarc circle of 4 nodes. All nodes need to be joined together otherwise the machine does not see it as a complete shape and I have to manually edit the file.
Reasonable rates. I cut stainless, mild steel plate and galvanized. I can also powdercoat parts with my Eastwood hotcoat dual volatge sprayer. This lets me evenly coat even into the small nooks and crevices by reducing volatge to counteract the faraday effect.
Odd size sprockets? no problem! custom brackets, tabs, no problem.
