If someone can tell me the estimate time with replicatorG (I can't do it because I don't have a 3d printer), I will be really appreciate

The STL object dimensions seems to be 2.5 by 3 by 0.90 millimetres. Is this correct or is it supposed to be centimetres ?

Ok, I'll convert the STL and give it a try later.

Ok, converted to mm and had a better glance at the result.

First detail to discuss, printability. This part is hollow, and as our reprap machines cannot print onto fresh air (or well they can but the result is a blob), this needs some rework.

Possible solutions implies a mix of rotation, support material, separation into multiple parts that can be assembles afterwise...

Can you tell us a lil bit more about the project so we can see what is possible ?
What is the purpose, what kind of precision you need, when do you need it, etc.

Are you willing to do the rework or should we find someone who knows about printing with repraps to do it for you ? If 2nd solution, you might have to pay for design time...

I'm pretty sure I can print it no problem. I'll run it through the software and give you a cost estimate within the next 24hrs.

I can print this with support material and with 0.1mm layers..with half layer perimeters

This will print nicely..quite a hard print might take a few tweaks though (software side settings)
